Processing Time
Orders are reviewed after confirmation and then prepared for dispatch as quickly as possible. Processing time may vary slightly depending on product availability, communication response time, and payment confirmation when manual payment methods are used.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery usually takes between 3 to 4 days unless a different timing is communicated to the customer. Delivery timing may be affected by location, weekends, public holidays, courier conditions, or incomplete address information.
Address Accuracy
The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address, city, phone number, and any helpful delivery notes. Ova Store is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping information submitted at checkout.
Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to complete delivery because the customer is unavailable or unreachable, additional coordination may be required. Ova Store may contact the customer again to confirm a second attempt or to review the order status.
Shipping Charges
